Hiking weekend

Treat yourself to a weekend of hiking in the heart of Luxembourg's nature, in the Our valley from Heinerscheid. The Our region, off-center in the Eislek and on the borders of Germany, is a perfect destination for lovers of wild landscapes. Here, the rustic villages of the commune reflect the typical Ardennes countryside. You will stay with us at Cornelyshaff in a private room. During these two days, accompanied by nature guides, you will have the opportunity to discover the little-known corners of the valley, from Kalborn Millen to Lieler, walking through the Maulusmillen, Rossmillen and Kléimillen near Hupperdange. The region is interspersed with valleys and plateaus, which will appeal to experienced hikers.
The stay takes place from May 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday May 12, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
A collection of local beers and brewed on site
"Living" beers!
In 2001, a farmers' cooperative wanted to create their own brewery by highlighting the cereals grown on site. Twenty years later, the basic project is still being followed and marketed by the Simon brewery. We thus find "living" beers, unfiltered or pasteurized, which allow a double fermentation in the bottle and especially tastes evolving all the time.

Exploring
the area
Cornelyshaff is located in the small village of Heinerscheid, in the commune of Clervaux. It is ideally situated at the crossroads of the Luxembourg, Belgian and German borders. The Our valley is just a few hundred metres away and Clervaux, with its cultural attractions, is just 5 minutes from the establishment.
Numerous hiking trails start directly from the hotel, allowing you to explore the region.

About
A historic building
For more than a century, Cornelius' farm has been the living heart of this small town on the border with Germany, Heinerscheid. Today, the Cornelyshaff remains a choice stopover to discover the Our Nature Park. Epicureans, beer lovers and travelers will find their pleasure here.
Initially a farm, the Cornelyshaff was in turn an emigration office to the United States, a counter for timber and land, a distillery and a colonial food store.
Today, Cornelyshaff is distinguished by its local imprint, symbolized by the establishment of a traditional micro-brewery in its heart, the Ourdaller.
